Directions
Mix in all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl until the mixture no longer sticks to the sides
Cover up the mixture and leave to rest for 2 hours
Heat up the oven to 180c / gas 6
Pour the mixture into a greased brioche mould then dust with flour, then leave to rest for 30 minutes
Bake for 30 minutes. Insert a knife through the brioche, if it comes out clean, the brioche is ready!
