Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We only accept returns if there is a product quality or delivery issue. Make sure to contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We do not refund gift card purchases.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send some instructions on where to send your package and will initiate a refund to the same method of payment use to make the purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
