Preheat
the oven to 180C and lightly grease to cake tins
Cream
together butter & sugar until pale and creamy & beat in the eggs, 1 at
a time, ensuring well combined
In
a smaller bowl, mix together the oil, cocoa powder , red food colour &
vinegar, until red in colour
Stir
the oil mix into the butter mixture until well combined
Slowly
fold the flour mix into the oil mix & slowly add the milk
Repeat
until the mixture is well combined & split the mixture into two & pour
into the greased cake tins
Cook
for 29 minutes
