Red Velvet Truffles for Comic Relief

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup unsalted butter

• 1 1/2cups Whitworths Caster sugar

• 2 Large Egg

• 1/4 cup of Cooking Oil

• 1 Tbsp of Cocoa Powder

• 2 1/2 Tbsp of Red food colouring

• 2 Tsp of Vanilla extract

• 1 Tbsp of White vinegar

• 2 1/2 cups (350g) of Plain flour

• 1 tbsp Baking soda

• 1 tsp of Salt

• 1 cup of Milk

For the Frosting

• 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract

• 1 cup of Cream Cheese

• 2 Tsp of Whitworths Icing Sugar

• Squeeze of Lemon Juice
