Add
the golden caster sugar and dark chocolate, previously melted. Mix with a
wooden spoon until well combined.
Divide
the mixture into 20 equal balls. Flatten a little bit then with the tip of the
handle of a wooden spoon dig into the cookie creating a small dip.
Set
aside.
Make
the buttercream. With an electric whisk beat the butter for a few mins. Add the
icing sugar and Nesquik chocolate powder and beat for a further few mins. Add
the milk and mix well.
Transfer
the buttercream to a piping bag fitted with a round nozzle then pipe it onto
the cookies.
