Ingredients

Cookie Dough

200g Nesquik Cereals
200g 70% Organic Dark Chocolate
2 Tbsp Whitworths Sugar Golden Caster Sugar

Buttercream

50g Unsalted Butter, At Room Temperature
50g Whitworths Icing Sugar, Sifted
50g Nesquik Chocolate Powder
1 Tbsp Semi Skimmed Milk

Directions

In a large mixing bowl crush the Nesquik cereals.
Add the golden caster sugar and dark chocolate, previously melted. Mix with a wooden spoon until well combined.
Divide the mixture into 20 equal balls. Flatten a little bit then with the tip of the handle of a wooden spoon dig into the cookie creating a small dip.
Set aside.
Make the buttercream. With an electric whisk beat the butter for a few mins. Add the icing sugar and Nesquik chocolate powder and beat for a further few mins. Add the milk and mix well.
Transfer the buttercream to a piping bag fitted with a round nozzle then pipe it onto the cookies.
Serve and enjoy!
