Ingredients

110g Unsalted Butter
110g Whitworths Caster Sugar
2 Eggs
110g Self-Raising Flour
30-40g Cocoa Powder

Directions

Cream together the butter and sugar until silky smooth
Add in the 2 eggs and self-raising flour and mix until light and fluffy
Put half of the mixture into a different bowl and add the cocoa powder to this half
Prepare your tray and alternately spoon each mixture into the tin
Swirl the mixture to create and marble effect
Bake for 20-25 mins at 180 degrees
