Ingredients

150g Butter
150g Dark Chocolate
70g Self-Raising Flour
4 Eggs
130g Whitworths Caster Sugar
4 Kinder Medium Chocolate Bars

Directions

Heat the oven at 160°C. Line a loaf cake tin with baking parchment
Melt the dark chocolate and butter together
Whisk in the sugar, then the eggs until well combined
Whisk in the melted chocolate, then fold in the flour until glossy
Pour the mixture into the tin
Freeze for 20 minutes until the mixture has cooled down
Press in the Kinder bars in the batter so they are fully submerged
Bake for 160°C for 35 minutes
Let the cake rest for 15 minutes at least before serving
Enjoy!
