as it is to eat? These Easter Bunny Meringue Pops are the perfect
recipe! Shaped like adorable bunnies and bursting with colour these meringue treats are piped onto lollipop sticks for a treat that's both playful and
delicious, with just a 20-minute prep time.

fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth bunny pops are guaranteed to bring smiles to
everyone!
Preheat the oven to 110°C/90°C fan
and line a baking tray with greaseproof baking paper. If using a template,
place this under the baking paper.
In a clean bowl, whisk the egg
whites using a stand/hand mixer until stiff.
While still whisking, add one
large spoonful of caster sugar at a time and whisk to stiff peaks after each
addition.
Prepare a piping bag with a star
nozzle and paint lines of gel food colouring up the sides of the bag.
Add the meringue to the piping
bag.
Pipe lines of meringue onto the
baking paper for the lollipop sticks to sit on. Make sure you leave enough
space between each to allow for your meringue design.
Place the lollipop sticks onto
the meringue and pipe your design over the top.
Decorate with sprinkles and bake
in the oven for 2 hours.
