Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C / Gas Mark 4.

2. Lightly grease 2 baking trays.

3. Cream the butter and Whitworths Light Soft Brown Sugar together in a large bowl for 1-2 minutes.

4. Add the egg and vanilla and continue to beat for 1 minute.

5. Add the remaining ingredients and beat until combined.

6. Take tablespoons of dough, roll slightly and place on the baking tray allowing an inch of space around each cookie.

7. Bake in a preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until golden and cooked through. After 1 minute, transfer to a cooling rack.

8. Serve warm or cold.
