Ingredients

125g Unsalted Butter
100g Whitworths Light Brown Sugar
76g Granulated Sugar
1 Egg
1tsp Vanilla
300g Plain Flour
1tsp Baking Powder
1tsp Bicarbonate Of Soda
300g Chocolate Chips
12 Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate Caramel Egg

Directions

Cream together the butter, light brown sugar and granulated sugar
Add in the 1 egg and vanilla and mix until combined
Then add the flour, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda and mix until a cookie dough is formed
Finish the dough by adding in the chocolate chips
Get a small ball of the cookie dough and wrap it round the caramel eggs
Put in the freezer for about 30mins to chill the dough
Set your oven to 180 degrees and once the dough is chilled put onto a baking tray and bake for 12-14mins
Serve warm or cooled and enjoy!
