Banana and raspberry baked oats, an easy treat for any time in the day!

40g Porridge Oats
1 Tbsp Whitworths Light Soft Brown Sugar
½ Tsp Baking Powder
1 Large Egg, at room temperature
3 Tbsp Milk
½ Medium Banana, plus extra for serving
8 Raspberries, plus extra for serving
Large spoonful plain yoghurt
Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan and lightly grease a small baking dish/ramekin.
Add all the ingredients, except the yoghurt and extra fruit, to a blender and blitz until the oats are smaller in size.
Fill the baking dish with the mixture.
Bake in the oven for 18-20 mins.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for around 10 mins.
Top with plain yoghurt, chopped banana and raspberries to serve.
