I added the 30ml of lemon juice to the batter and although it tasted lovely it made the batter stick to the cupcake cases and they wouldn’t come out without the whole thing falling apart, so I won’t add it to the batter next time.
please can u tell me when all the lemon juice is added , is 30ml added to mixture with vanilla , is 30ml for drizzle and same for icing thank u
Please would you confirm that there are 3 lots of lemon juice?
There is no mention of mixing the cake lemon juice into the batter.
