Any chance you can detail the yield too. Not useful when there are no details of the numbers of jars or weight produced!!!

I agree with the comment about weights. Most people I know who make these sort of things use imperial measurements. Could we have both imperial and metric as used to happen before and after the change?

Confused as to the weights. Is that 450g of Apples and 450g of Pears measured before or after the peeling and coring?

As a ruff guide 25g is 1oz, 100g is 4oz, I understand your confusion, I don’t get it when the measure is by the Cupid simply can’t work it out I hope this helps those of you in the USA happy baking.

I need to have the sugar measurements converted to either tablespoons or teaspoons. I can’t find a converter that will change grams to the US measurements?
