The King's Coronation

The King's Coronation is nearly here! Traditionally people celebrate by throwing street parties, with street parties come food and by food, we really mean the sweet stuff... Some classics are definitely a MUST! So we've dug out the best of the best when it comes to classic British cakes..

Another absolute classic is, the Lemon Drizzle Loaf a true show-stopper, if we do say so ourselves 😋 What a loaf-ley cake! 😂 Recipe created by Bonnie again 😄 it's perfect if you like a zingy but sweet slice.  

Rhubarb and custard are some traditional British sweets, why not try making a tart version! Made by the Sugafix, It is quite refined, but the creamy egg pairs so well with the sharp rhubarb and buttery pastry. The contrast of colours is also so lovely.
