Champagne Crème Brûlée is an elegant and refined variation on a classic. It combines the richness of custard with the delicate sparkle of champagne bubbles, creating a real experience. 

In this recipe, I use local ingredients wherever possible, favouring fresh free-range eggs, heavy cream from local producers and a quality champagne from my region. The flavours and aromas of this Crème Brûlée are both classic and exquisite, with the richness of cream and the fruity subtlety of champagne.

This recipe has a special meaning to me because it embodies the art of baking and celebrates special occasions. It symbolises sophistication and each bite brings to mind memories of celebration shared with loved ones.

Tasting a Crème Brûlée with Champagne is for me an unforgettable sensory experience. Whether celebrating a special occasion or simply savouring a moment of indulgence, each spoonful is a fusion of creamy and delicate flavours. 

Whenever I make a Champagne Crème Brûlée, I like to add my own twist by experimenting with ingredient proportions or incorporating additional aromatic ingredients such as vanilla or cardamom. I believe the true magic of baking lies in the ability to personalise classic recipes to create something new and exciting, while preserving the essence of tradition. By adding my own creative touch, I bring this classic recipe to life in a unique way, while honouring its roots and heritage.
