Ingredients

140g of Dairy Free Butter

2 tbsp of Golden Syrup

175 g of Rolled Oats

75 g of Almond, roughly Chopped

75 g of dried Cherries
Directions
Heat the oven to 160c and line a baking tray with baking parchment
Melt your dairy free butter in a pan then incorporate your sugar and syrup
Remove from the heat, then add your oats, almonds and cherries
Pour the mixture into your baking tray and bake for about 35 minuntes
Leave to set and only cut into slices when your flapjack has cooled down
