Ingredients

2 Cups Pineapple, Cubed
1tsp Olive Oil
1 Cardamom Pod
1 Cinnamon Stick
2 Sprig Curry Leaves
½tsp Turmeric
1tsp Chilli Flakes
1tsp Paprika
2tsps Whitworths Demerara Sugar
1/4 Cup Water

Directions

heat the oil over medium heat and add cardamom, cinnamon, curry leave, and allow them to crackle.
Once it crackles, add the turmeric, chilli flakes, paprika, demerara, water and salt. Let this cook down for a minute or two.
Add the pineapple and cook the for 8-10 minutes.
Allow to cool and add to a sterilised jar, Enjoy!
