NYC Style Caramilk Cookies

NYC Style Caramilk Cookies baked using Whitworths Caster sugar and Whitworths Light Soft Brown Sugar, these Chunky NYC style cookies are super sweet and great if you prefer a warm gooey Cookie or a cool chunky Cookie! Grab yourself your favourite cuppa and enjoy :-)

Ingredients

125g Unsalted Butter
75g Whitworths Caster Sugar
100g Whitworths Light Brown Sugar
1 Medium Egg
1 tsp Vanilla
300g Plain Flour
1 + 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
300g Caramilk Chocolate

Directions

Add the butter, Whitworths brown sugar and Whitworths caster sugar and beat until smooth
Add in the egg and and vanilla and mix again
Add the plain flour, bicarbonate of soda, baking powder and salt until a dough consistency
Add the chocolate but make sure it is kept chunky!
Make palm sized balls and put the dough in the freezer for 30mins (or the fridge for 1 hour)
Preheat your oven to 180C fan or 200C regular while the dough is chilling
Take your cookie mix out of the freezer/ fridge and place on a baking tray
Bake for 14mins!
Leave to cool (or have them warm and gooey)
Enjoy!
