Ingredients

260g of Whitworths Dark Soft Brown Sugar

250ml of Double Cream
-
100g of Salted Butter
-
2 Tsp of White Mis
Directions
Heat the sugar, cream and butter into a medium sauce pan. Stir regularly
Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for about 2 to 3 minutes until it has thicken
Take off the heat, then add the miso and stir
Enjoy warm or cold. You can also transfer into a jar and keep in the fridge
