Ingredients

1 Can of Sweetened Condensed Milk (14 ounce / 400gr)

Directions

Heat your oven at 220C
Pour the sweetened condensed milk into an oven dish about 9 inch and cover with foil
Then place the pie dish into a large dish and fill with hot water (bain marie) so the hot water is about halfway up the pie dish
Bake for 2 hours, bake longer if you like your Dulce de Leche darker and more caramelised
When it is cooked, let it cool down and pour into jar
