                  Directions
- Using a pestle and mortar or the end of a rolling pin, grind together the mint, releasing oil to form a paste of the two. 
- In a jug pour 150ml of boiling water of the paste. 
- Cover and leave to infuse until the water is cooled, for better results leave as long as possible. 
- Sieve the mixture into a saucepan and stir over a medium heat until the sugar is fully dissolved. Once dissolved, boil for around 2 minutes. 
- Transfer the cordial into a sterilised jar/container and let cool. Enjoy!
