Heat your over to 200C. Then line your muffin tray, enough to make about 18 to 20
In a large bowl, whish the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt
In another bowl, add the oil, then the egg, milk and vanilla and whisk well to combine
Add the wet mixture to the bowl with the dry ingredients. Use a fork to combine. Then fold in the blueberries
Pour the batter into your muffin cases
Bake for about 15 minutes until cooked and put aside to cool down
