Chop up each Celebrations chocolate
into 3 and put them in the freezer for 1 hour.
Line an 8 inch/20cm square loose
bottom tin with greaseproof baking paper.
Once the chopped chocolate is
almost ready to come out the freezer, put the sugar and condensed milk into a
large saucepan. Heat on a medium setting and stir until the sugar has
dissolved.
Add the broken up milk and dark
chocolate and stir until melted.
Remove from the heat and let the
fudge cool for 5 mins, stirring occasionally.
Add 250g of the frozen Celebrations
chocolates and stir them in quickly. Try not to stir too much or the chocolates
will begin to melt and lose their shape.
Press the fudge mixture evenly into
your prepared tin.
Place the remaining Celebrations
on top of the fudge to decorate, pressing them in slightly.
Pop the fudge into the fridge for
at least 4 hours to set.
Remove the fudge from the tin and
cut it up into 20 pieces using a sharp knife.
