A gorgeous chocolate ganache made in minutes

Ingredients

150g of Dark Cooking Chocolate

2 Tsp of Glucose Syrup

150ml of Double Cream
Directions
Heat your cream in a medium size pan
When your cream is hot but not boiling, add the chocolate and syrup
Stir the mixture until the chocolate is fully melted
Cook for a further 3 minutes at low heat, then take of the heat and cool down so the mixture becomes slightly thickened and enjoy
