Ingredients

200g Pistachios, deshelled
1.5 tbsp Sugar Syrup
¾ tsp Ground Cardamom
Pinch of Salt
150g Dark Chocolate, melted

Directions

Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan.
Mix the pistachios, cardamom, salt and sugar syrup in a bowl until evenly coated.
Evenly spoon the mixture into the holes of a cupcake tray, packing them down as you go.
Bake for 15-17 mins, then leave to cool completely before removing from the tin.
Once cool, dip the bottoms of the cups into the melted dark chocolate, top each with a fresh raspberry (optional).
