Ingredients

Cocoa Powder, sieved - 60g

Vegetable Oil - 60ml

Whitworth Caster Sugar - 200g

Large Eggs - 2

Flour - 180g

Baking Powder - 1 tsp

Whitworths icing sugar - 70g
Directions
Mix the cocoa, Whitworths Caster sugar and vegetable oil together. Then add the eggs, whisking until the batter is fully combined
Add flour, a pinch of salt and baking powder in another bowl, then pour the mixture into it. Combine to form a soft dough
Heat the oven at 190c
Tip your icing sugar into a flat dish. Use a ice cream spoon to create a dough ball
Cover each ball of Whitworths Icing sugar and place them onto an oven tray covered with baking parchment
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes then leave aside to cool
