Gooey Chocolate Brownie topped with Biscoff
A classic chocolate brownie with a Biscoff twist

Ingredients

200g of Dark Chocolate

115g of Butter
-
3 Eggs
-
70g of Plain Flour
-
200g of Whitworths Caster sugar

75g of Chocolate Chips
-
Pinch of salt
-
1 Tsp of Vanilla Extract
-
A few spoons full of Biscoff spread
Directions
Preheat your oven to 180C/160C Fan, and line a 9x9" square tin with parchment paper
Melt the chocolate and butter in a heat proof bowl - heat it up bain marie or in the microwave. Stir the mixture and let it cool for a few seconds
Add the vanilla and sugars to the chocolate and butter mixture, stir well. Then add the eggs, one at a time
Add the flour, salt, gently stir then add the chocolate chips
Pour the mixture into your lined tin. Then spoon your Biscoff spread over the chocolate mixture
Bake for roughly 30 minutes or until cooked. Enjoy!
