• 80g Porridge Oats

• 2 Tbsp Whitworths Light Soft Brown Sugar

• 2 Medium Eggs, at room temperature

• 100ml Milk

• 1 Medium Tart Apple (we used Granny Smith)

• 1 Tbsp Honey, to drizzle on top
