Preheat the oven to 190°C/170°C fan and lightly grease a small baking dish (or two ovenproof ramekins).
Chop the apple into small chunks and set aside.
Add all the ingredients, except the apple and honey, to a blender and blitz until the oats are smaller in size.
Fill the baking dish with the mixture.
Add the chopped apple and gently mix in. The baked oats will rise so be careful not to overfill your baking dish.
Bake in the oven for 20 mins.
Remove from the oven and drizzle some honey on top.
Allow to cool for around 10 mins before eating.
