Preheat the oven to 180°C fan and line a muffin tray with 12 cases.
In a large bowl, beat together the wet ingredients until combined. These include the low fat yoghurt, vegetable oil, eggs and mashed bananas.
In a separate bowl mix together the dry ingredients, which includes the Just a Half sugar, white and wholemeal flours, ground cinnamon, baking powder and dark chocolate chips. Save a small handful of the chocolate chips to add later.
Next add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and fold together.
Fill each case approximately 2/3 full and add the rest of the chocolate chips to the tops of the muffins, pushing them in slightly.
Bake in the oven for 22-25 mins.
Leave the muffins in the tray for 5 mins, then remove and cool on a wire rack before serving.
