Line a baking tray or loaf tin with parchment paper.
Add dollops of Yogurt alternating each flavour onto the baking tray, smooth out with a spatula and marble the flavours together to create the desired pattern.
Place the fruit onto the yogurt as desired, gently pressing to ensure they stay in place. Lastly, sprinkle demerara sugar over the top.
Place into the freezer for 3 hours or until solid. Once this is done, break into serving sized pieces and store in the fridge. Enjoy!
