Ingredients

The biscuits

240g Plain Flour
60g Dark Cocoa Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
90g Whitworths Caster Sugar
120g Unsalted Butter
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Cold Milk

Icing

300g Whitworth Icing Sugar
150g Unsalted Butter, Softened
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Blue and Green Food Colouring
Eye candies for decorating
Chocolate drops for horns

Directions

Mix butter with Whitworths caster sugar
Sift in flour and cocoa powder mix well
Make a well in middle add egg, vanilla extract and milk mix well and with hands form in to a ball.
Leave to cool for 20 minutes in fridge.
Get a large sheet of baking paper and fold in half put mixture in the middle of one half and fold remaining over.
Roll out to 4 mil thickness and cut with 2 inch round cutter place on paper lined baking tray one inch apart bake for 6 minutes at 160 fan.
Cool on wire rack ready to decorate.
Cream butter and Whitworths icing sugar together and divide into two bowls
Add Green food colouring to one and Blue to the other.
Pipe cream to sandwich biscuits together and decorate.
