Add yogurt, banana, almond milk and sugar to a medium bowl
and stir until well combined and creamy. Stir in chia seeds and oats. Cover
bowl and place in the fridge for 2-3 hours or overnight.
To assemble, spoon overnight oats into mason jar. Add the mango and granola, top with more overnight oat mixture.
Add the remaining mango and sprinkle with your favourite seeds.
