- Preheat your oven to 160C (fan)
Melt the baking margarine, white sugar, dark chocolate, and 18g cocoa together in the microwave
Whisk in the eggs
Fold in the flour, a pinch of salt, and 1 tsp vanilla
Mix in the rest of the chocolate
Pour into a greased and lined 8 inch square tin
Spoon the peanut butter on top and swirl around using a knife then decorate with more mini egg chocs
Bake for 27 minutes
Leave to cool completely (if you can!) as this will ensure it goes fudgy
