Easter Brownies

Directions

1. Preheat your oven to 160C (fan)

2. Melt the baking margarine, white sugar, dark chocolate, and 18g cocoa together in the microwave

3. Whisk in the eggs

4. Fold in the flour, a pinch of salt, and 1 tsp vanilla

5. Mix in the rest of the chocolate

6. Pour into a greased and lined 8 inch square tin

7. Spoon the peanut butter on top and swirl around using a knife then decorate with more mini egg chocs

8. Bake for 27 minutes

9. Leave to cool completely (if you can!) as this will ensure it goes fudgy
