Ingredients

Cupcake Ingredients

125g Butter/baking spread
125g Caster Sugar
2 Eggs
1tsp Vanilla extract
125g Self Raising flour
Liquorice Allsorts

Icing Ingredients

150g Butter/baking spread
300g Sifted Icing sugar
Liquorice Allsorts

Directions

To make the cake, mix together the butter/baking spread in a large bowl
Mix in the eggs and vanilla extract
Sift in the self raising flour and mix in
Preheat your oven to 170C (fan)
Put a Liquorice Allsorts sweet into each of your cupcake liners
Divide your cupcake batter into your cupcake liners and fill until about ¾ full
Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when poked in it, then leave to cool completely
To make the icing, mix together the butter/baking spread and icing sugar (add a small splash of milk if it’s too thick)
Spread or pipe the icing on top of your cupcakes and decorate with a Liquorice Allsort sweet
