Ingredients

100g unsalted butter softened, plus 1 tbsp for greasing

120g Whitworths Golden Caster sugar

2 Eggs
-
1 Tsp of Vanilla Extract

2 Tbsp of Milk

250g of Plain Flour

140g of Greek Yogurt
-
2 Tsp of Baking Powder

1 Tsp of Bicarbonate of Soda

125g of Frozen Berries of your choice
Directions
Heat your oven at 180c degrees
Grease with butter your muffin tray
In a bowl beat your butter with your sugar until you create a smooth paste
Then incorporate your eggs. Mix in your yogurt, vanilla extract, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda. Then add to your butter and sugar mixture
Add a pinch of salt, then add your frozen berries
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or when the knife comes out clean
