Cream together the butter and caster sugar
Add in the flour and rub together with your hands until a dough is formed
Crush up the hazelnuts and add to the dough
Lightly flour the surface and roll out your dough about 3cm thick
Use the cutter of your choice to shape the shortbread
Pre-heat the oven at 180 degrees
Put on a plate and put in the fridge to firm up for 20mins
Place on a baking tray and bake for 15-20mins until golden brown
Once bakes place on a cooling rack to fully cool
Once cooled melt the chocolate of your choice with some oil and dunk in half your shortbread
After dunking place on baking paper so they can easily be removed when finished
When the chocolate is still wet sprinkle on the rest of the crushed hazelnuts (optional)
Leave in the fridge for around 1 hour to fully cool
