Emily made these delicious and festive gingerbread biscuits, filled with melting chocolate chips

Unsalted butter

175g Whitworths Dark Brown Soft Sugar

1/2 tsp Ground Ginger

tsp Ground Nutmeg

tsp Bicarbonate of Soda

Plain Flour

White Chocolate Chips

Directions
- 1.
Cream together the butter and sugar
- 2.
Then add the egg and mix again
- 3.
Add the ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and
plain flour
- 4.
Mix until a dough is formed and add in all the white chocolate chips
- 5.
Portion out 12 cookies and place on a plate. Put them in the freezer for 30mins
- 6.
Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees
- 7.
Once chilled place on a baking tray and bake for 14mins
- 8.
When fresh out the oven push on the gingerbread men
- 9.
Serve hot or cold and enjoy!
