Directions
Mix the yeast with a little hot milk and 1 tsp of sugar and leave for 20 minutes
Mix all ingredients, including the yeast, in a large mixing bowl. Cover your bowl with a towel
Rest the dough for a couple of hours
Once the dough has risen, make the round balls and leave to rest until risen
Heat the cooking oil in a pan until it reaches 150 degree C
Cook the balls, turning around twice until lightly coloured
