In a bowl, combine the cornflakes, melted dark chocolate, butter and honey.
Transfer this mixture into the tart dish and spread and condense using a spatula or back of a spoon to create a base, not forgetting the sides of the dish.
Leave to cool then set in the fridge for for 2 hours minimum.
For the Filling
For the ganache heat the double cream on medium heat until bubbles form, to this, add the chopped chocolate and leave for a few minutes to melt. Next stir in salt until a smooth but thick ganache is formed.
Pour the ganache into the dish, on top of the cornflake base. Leave to set for around 3 hours.
Once set, add the fresh raspberries to the top and enjoy!
