Preheat your oven to 210°C/200°C Fan
In a large bowl cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
Add each egg one at a time, mixing well in between each.
Fold in the flour, corn starch, baking soda and salt until just combined.
Next, add in the chocolate chips, making sure they are evenly distributed.
Separate the dough evenly into 9 balls, weighing carefully. Place 10g of Hershey’s Chocolate in the middle and form the dough around this. Roll in crushed Oreos and refrigerate for 30 mins.
Bake for 12 mins or until golden brown, let cool slightly and enjoy!
