Apple and Olive Oil Traybake Cake

Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 175g Whitworths caster sugar
• 2 cooking apples (250g peeled and diced weight)
• 1 heaped tbsp Whitworths light soft brown sugar

• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• Big pinch of salt
• 1 sharp eating apple, cored and thinly sliced
• 2 tbsp Whitworths demerara sugar
