Ingredients

200g Blueberries
1 Tbsp of Whitworths Caster Sugar
150g of Philadelphia Cream Cheese
50g of Whitworths Icing Sugar
1 Tsp of Vanilla Extract
Extra Blueberries
2 New York Bakery Co Bagels

Directions

Cook the blueberries in the pan with the Caster Sugar for 15 to 20 minutes until the blueberries are cooked and the mixture has turned purple
Whisk the cream cheese, icing sugar, vanilla extract and cooked blueberries
Spread the bagel with the cream cheese mixture. Top with extra blueberries
Enjoy immediately
